ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Canada and 8–10 business days for international orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup is available in Calgary, Alberta by appointment only.

Once your order is ready, you will receive pickup instructions and be asked to confirm a pickup day and approximate time.

Pickup appointments are available Monday through Saturday between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within a short period after purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Is VINTY Hair human hair?

Our Boho Human Hair Bulk Collection is made from premium double drawn human hair. Other collections, including French Curl, are high-quality braiding hair designed to create soft, lightweight, and beautifully defined styles.

Does the hair tangle?

With proper installation and maintenance, VINTY Hair is designed to remain soft, manageable, and easy to maintain.

Can the hair be reused?

Yes. With proper care and storage, VINTY Hair can be reused for future styles.

Can I dip the hair in hot water?

For French Curl and Boho styles, we do not recommend dipping the curls in hot water, as this may alter the curl pattern and texture.

How many bundles do I need for Boho braids?

For a natural full look, we recommend 2 bundles. For maximum fullness, volume, or longer styles, we recommend 3 bundles.

Can I mix lengths or colours in a bundle deal?

No. Bundle savings apply only to bundles of the same texture, colour, and length.

Do you offer bundle discounts?

Yes. Bundle savings are available on select Boho Human Hair products when purchasing multiple bundles.

Why does pricing vary?

Pricing varies based on hair length, colour, and texture, as different variations require different production and sourcing costs.

How long can I wear my braids?

With proper installation and maintenance, your braids can typically last between 6–8 weeks.

Where are you based?

VINTY Hair is proudly based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Do the colours look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to accurately represent each shade. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.

Can I return or exchange my hair?

Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
